Audits and SURVEILLANCE

Level III NDT Inc. can collaboratively design an audit plan to mitigate risk and improve NDT and welding quality in any size of project or ongoing maintenance activities.  

Level III NDT Inc. has extensive experience in various audit activities, including:

1. Programs - auditing client specifications / programs / procedures for code and regulatory compliance, as well as conformance of personnel to the Program requirements.  Level III NDT Inc. can perform gap assessments on existing client quality programs, and provide a path to gap closure.
2. Personnel - determining competency of NDT technicians to all NDT methods.  This can be performed either in person or through virtual auditing practices.
3. Data - performing independent 'cold-eyes' review of NDT data and reports (e.g., PAUT data, RT film, etc.).  NDT data audits can be performed either remotely or in person, and can be done as either quality checks (e.g., 10% audit) or as part of Turn Around support to ensure accuracy of interpretation.  Typical auditing practices include a percentage of total inspections up to 100% reassessment.
